    Improved Efficiency:

  • Designed Repair Workflow spreadsheet to track repair status and location of on-shelf inventory
  • Began Administrator of Apple GSX to create my own warranty and part orders
  • Built a free Help Desk ticketing, Inventory, and Knowledge Base server for past company and my own business
  • Put a web company directory in place to pull up-to-date user info directly from Active Directory
  • Wrote Linux bash script to improve speed of clearing hung sessions
